1 - Intermediaries in the buying and selling of all types of properties
We act as intermediaries between sellers and buyers with the objective of ensuring the best deal for both parties. |

2 - Bureaucratic requirements
Through our legal office we handle all bureaucratic matters related to the finalisation of property transactions, from the gathering of documentation to making appointments for the signing of the public deed of sale. We also prepare individual real estate credit applications and prepare and establish "OFF SHORE" companies.

3 - Maintenance & Repair
We have a cooperation agreement with a maintenance and repair technician who has the technical and transport resources to carry out any kind of repair, notably: Plumbing; Carpentry; Painting of exteriors and interiors; Electricity; Repairs to furniture and domestic electrical appliances, as well as civil construction repairs. |
4 - Advertisement & Marketing
We advertise in several newspapers and magazines, we promote properties on various INTERNET sites, and we have partnership agreements with agents in Portugal, some countries in Europe, and Canada. We cooperate with several organisations in the preparation of market studies, economic feasibility studies and investment analysis studies. |
